mentalist you need to do some reasearch for a black light. ITs the effect that it gives off not jsut the color of the bulb. so how it is the stupiest thing you ever heard of i don't know. My guess u need to get out into the world more and learn stuff cause it sounds like this is the first time you heard of a black light.
