Nop, Back when i first bought this board I couldn't hit anything higher than 3.2 Ghz. I tried everything, I finally gave up and just had it at around 3 Ghz until I got a quad GT.

Then that died.... Twice....

Note: That my Quad GT did 3.7 Ghz, when it wasn't dieing...

I may go back to 3 Ghz eventually, but, Id rather not screw around with it right now..

Ste, People sell $80 mobo's that do 3.6ghz no problem in the buy/sell. Do your self a favor and pick one up! You got a beast of a card and it's probably bottlenecked a bit.

Yea, well, it will be quite some time before Crysis can be played at high resolutions with >60 FPS.


I did some FRAPs gamming and,

Farcry Patch 1.4 Maxed out.
Max: 535 FPS
Average: 110 FPS
Min: 57 FPS

Supreme Commander Forged allainces Maxed out
Max: 60 FPS
Average 30 fPS
Min: 15 FPS

Just rough estimates..

Ill get around to installing COD4 at some point, and Im still using 8.7 Drivers, seems too many are having problems with 8.8

ehhhh, the mod i had for dx9 looked better than dx10... ewwyyyy!!! but great fps for that res w/ AA... that is actually a very playable framerate with crysis
