newegg is making me friggen ticked

well... i ordered a new comp from them

~received it two days late

finally get it, put it together...

~find out my psu was a refurb... wasn't advertised as one.

Talk to egg about it they send me a new one

~ they tell me that once i get the new one, then i send the old one out.... get an email saying they wont send it until i send mine back... call them AGAIN and they say that that doesnt matter and that i should send the defective part back once i receive my new one...



im going friggen insane..

typically they don't pay for that but i contacted them and sent them a receipt from UPS and they said they'd pay me up to $10 for shipping costs.
