im guessing your not using any converters for the power connectors on the cards, even though ur psu would be able to handle it anyway its better to use the normal pci-e ones straight from the psu.
have u tried booting and play with each card on at a time to see if one of them is bad?
since its a memory related problems, it seems that it would probably be to do with the connection between to the cards, soft problem or hard problem im not sure.
