New processor and motherboard

Thanks for the input. I'm really not concerned with the gaming performance right now as i am with photoshop/general speed. would there be any issues of compadibility with my psu, ram, or harddrive to the new processor or motherboard.

Shouldn't be any issues. I wouldn't hold on to the CX500 for too much longer though. Builder series and Enthusiast series are made by different OEMs. For what it's worth though, I think it'll be fine.
