need some help removing virus

A few weeks ago I downloaded something I shouldnt have and now my laptop is slow and freezes up on occasion. As soon as I downloaded the thing a stupid Windows AntiVirus thing kept coming up and the laptop was comletely useles. So I went on my other computer and looked up the antivirus thing and found out how to delete it so i got that fixed. But my laptop is still really slow and sluggish. I have AVG and i ran it in safe mode and it found a few things but i cant delete them. Is there anything else I could try? Here is the report from AVG. AVG is set to run everyday at 12 in the afternoon. I just got AVG though after all this happened.
