Hello,
I'm quite new here so excuse me...
Ok, I am building a new PC, and as I make websites for a living, it's much easier for me to work with 3 monitors so I can see different windows on different screens. So obviously, I'll need either three graphics cards or one which supports three outputs.
The monitor which i'm going to buy 3 of: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/215-...-hd-hdmi-dvi-vga-1920x1080-120m1-250cd-m2-5ms
The Graphics card I'm thinking of getting: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/1gb-...-1620mhz-96-cores-dl-dvi-mhdmi#ProductSupport
The monitor has 1xDVI-D, 1xVGA and 1xHDMI ports.
The graphics card takes 1xHDMI and 2xDVI-I.
Now my question is,
1) Is it possible to connect a DVI-D to DVI-I?
2) If I connect 2 Monitors to the graphics card via DVI and 1 monitor via HDMI, does that graphics card support hosting 3 monitors? Will I need extra software, and will it 100% work?
Thank You,
Habz
