Need help with new speakers.

So i got these new Creative 5.1 digital surround sound speakers. I have onboard sound (yes i know it sucks) but it will have to do til i get a new card. my motherboard is a A7N8X-E DELUXE mobo I CANT SEEM TO GET ALL the speakers work. either my center speaker doesnt work or the left one. or they all dont work. the closest i can get is 4 of 5 speakers working including the sub but the 5th speaker sounds like its trying to be a sub as well only emitting bass and no words. anyone help?

How the hell do you have them hooked up your going to need a 5.1 sound output. If your motherboard has 5.1 output then your going to have to plug the speakers in correctly.

Obviously i know that. They are plugged in correctly and why would i by a 5.1 system if i knew i couldnt use it? its something to do with the settings because i know for a fact they are plugged in correctly.
