Need help unlocking (jailbreaking) 2 iPhones

Hey everybody
I'm having some trouble with getting two iphones updated and unlocked.

One is a 1.1.1 firmware already unlocked with apps installed and needs to be updated. The other is updated fully and needs to be unlocked.

I've looked up a couple of ways to do it but I'm not savvy with the jailbreak system and I don't know any of the terms the guides use.

If some one could help me with a step by step explanation or something it would be greatly appreciated.

Google would be your best bet. Unlocking/jailbreaking is too closely akin to haking in that Apple does not allow it.
