Need help computer parts are in

I thought the coolers, CPUs, Mobo's all came with instructions... is it hard to understand the manual? I heard the manuals suck... maybe that's why people have trouble when they first build.

when i opened up my the box on the centurion i took it out and nothing was inthe case yet but i touched the sliding door. and i felt al ittle jolt.. could this have messed up the case??? it was on a little screw looking thing on the door.
