Ok...My dad had a few virus's on his pc running Xp. I had to go into safe moad then click on administrator to do anything. I solved the problem but when i reboot to normal window and try to load any software or go into regedit it says:
that the Administrator can only make those changes and that this function has been dissabled? There is only one profile. How do I get it back to normal. I need to load programs and it wont let me?
