backup my game profile

Good Evening,

I wanted to format my hdd,i got 2 partition.Now how to backup my game settings and the profile i have created.?I played the game halfway thou, feel every sad to remove and play it all over again.There is the folder Need For Speed Most Wanted inside my My Documents which is inside my other partition,i wont format that partition only the C:.The subfolder is a name of my profile and it contains a file.

I have a 256mb geforce 6600 and have it OC at 400/551 and it does make a difference, if you want to OC it try using Rivatuner from here http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=163
I can play NFSMW on high settings with AA slider about half. The only problem I get is that the game keeps crashing back to the desktop and I read somwhere that it's because I've got a USB PS2 pad/converter plugged in. I haven't tried without yet because I can't play racing games with keyboard and mouse LOL. Does anybody have the same problem and if so has anybody sorted it yet?
