Need a new motherboard

Well after a year and a 1/2 with good and bad, but mostly bad times with my Asus P5GD1 motherboard, I've decided I'm going to get rid of this P.O.S. motherboard and get something different. Anybody got any suggestions?

Here's the specs that the board must match:

ATX or Micro ATX form factor
Socket T 775
DDR memory(must support at least 2 GB), NOT DDR2
1 PCI-Express x16 slot
2 PCI slots
1 IDE controller
2 SATA 1.5 ports minimum (4 ports would be better).

Keep in mind, these are the MINIMUM's that I need. Don't have any cash to upgrade to DDR2, SATA 3.0, etc.

hey you might want to give the ECS rs400a a look. i know its ECS and a budget board but its never done me wrong, plus it has 4 SATA ports.

if you're overclocking though, i would suggest going a different route, however.
