Hello all, Well as you can guess I know nothing about computers. All I do know is that my napster and rhapsody music accounts stopped letting me sign on. I called customer support today and spent 3hours ith a chick that barely spoke english but for some reason had the name of Kellie??? Anyway, they had me reset all my Internet Explorer 6 settings to default, trash all my versions of Napster and Rhapsody and install fresh versions. Well when I go to sign on It still says network error and it also says to make sure I am connected to the internet berfore I retry. "Kellie" said that I should check my wireless router's firewall settings?? If anyone can help I would be thankful.
PS If "Kellie" is right about the firewall on my router, how do I fix that?
