My Sql Help

hey im trying to install vbulletin on my site but i never use a mysql database before. Here is the error i get

Step 2) Connect to the database

Attempting to attach to database

Connect failed: unexpected error from the database.

Error number: 1044

Error description: Access denied for user: 'husla14_husla14@207.150.162.40' to database 'forum'

Please ensure that the database and server is correctly configured and try again.

Back on my website i went to the control panel and i created a data base and entered the info into the config of vbulletin. I dont know what else am i supposed to do please help.

here is a sample from the config
