my right click in internet explorer displays a "free porn galleries" how remove it?

my right click menu in I.E. displays a porn message surely from a virus and I dont know how to remove it. Is there a key in the regedit to delete or is there a way to configure the right click menu, I would appriciate any help. Thanks a lot.

I don't understand, when you right-click on IE it brings this up? Or when you are trying to veiw a page and you right-click to save something? Explain more please! .

HI ApM, well the menu that appears with my right click on any internet explorer page (Back, forward,select all, print, refresh, propreties) have also an another line saying (<<free porn galleries>>), so some virus or hacker has modified my right click menu by adding this porn link, and I can't find any way to get rid of it. Is there a way to configure the right click menu or do I have to find the keys in the registry that controls the right click menu to delete it? My antivirus Norton 2004 with latest definitions didn't find any virus and I have a well configure firewall and adaware didn't find anything too. I know this problem is not common but if any can give my a tip I would sincerly appriciate. Thanks

Ths for the tip mobo it seems u have the right solution but i still have one problem it is that i can't find the name in the registry there is only number like this one HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\{59099400-57FF-11CE-BD94-0020AF85B590} and no names associaited with free porn galleries or any names with a clue to find the good key to delete. As I dont want to delete the wrong key i'm stuck. Thanks anyway.
