  • First of all, why do you need to make two identical posts?
  • Second, everything indicates that your Windows is out of order and / or uncleaned. There are also probably the wrong drivers or enabled services that you shouldn't have.
  1. check and repair Windows (run cmd.exe in admin rights, then sfc.exe /scannow);
  2. install the appropriate drivers for this system;
  3. clean your computer of old, unnecessary files and registry keys.
  4. also disable the automatic startup of all unnecessary programs, apps, and services when Windows starts
If that doesn't work, ask your local computer specialist for help and/or do a new and clean installation of Windows.

i am sorry for two same posts.
But i make fresh installation of windows yesterday, i reinstall it two times.
And now i mow updated gpu drivers and now i cant boot to windows normaly or safe mode in safe mode give me a blue screen: critical process died windows

I tried scannow but cant restore
If it cannot be restored\repaired\fixed, it means that the current installation is so corrupted that there is nothing to repair.
Also, if this cannot be repaired, means the shadow copy is also damaged.
So, you can only make clean install Windows again and everything is fine and there is no other method if you have not made a backup.

I try to to mkae clean instalation but IT stucked in to loading screen Windows logo and loading
