P Phate In Runtime Messages 336 Jun 17, 2006 #25 quiet is determined by what fans you have. i have a 41 CFM 92mm fan that roars like a jet engine, but it keeps everything cool. SMALL case probably wont happen with how small youre looking for. you need at least a 400W PSU, and i think that requires an ATX case. heres one of my favorite ATX cases: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811144026 it might not be great, but it looks awesome, and has like 6 fan slots and LED lights, so its functionally good. -Phate
