My Modem is a DEEDEEDEE!!!

Ok so I end up getting my new modem (Webstar) because my old one took a crap after 5 years. I tried to get it to work but couldnt get it to connect to computer. So i end up wipping out my old linksys BEFSR41 router and hook it up and didnt even get to see if there are drivers, and it works fine. I keep trying to install the modem with my isp's drivers but regardless it doesnt work. Any ideas?

What make and Model is your new modem?

I would try googling for the drivers or looking on www.drivercenter.com
