because it is as you mentioned. you are right . I remember now. limited user can only use the shared items. I remember setting my kid's account to limited 2 years. I stop it because it was a pain.
I use to have to go into my program files and share that certain whole program file just so my kids could use programs such as musicmatch jukebox with a limited acount.
