What's a good sub that is going to give music that little kick, not cost too much, but not going to be heard from a mile away or vibrate the car to death?

A single Kicker Comp ten or 12, or MTX, I am unsure of what line of MTX subs you would go though, I have only been into Kickers honestly, but I have heard some kick *** MTX based systems, also a set of ten inch Rockford Fosgate P1 subs in a bandpass box would be rather nice.

heh. I just picked up a set of 12" JL 12W6's. cost me nothing so far. Gonna use a clarion 400w monoblock for now.

Never heard of them, but I have heard and have seen Orion, but what ever happened to them?

I had a 4 channel phoenix gold amp in my truck a few years back. 450w or something. NEver had any problems with it

Thunder series or the new Jackhammer series.

Two 12" Thunder 9500's will blow the doors off a car lol.
