Motherboard red lights flashing

I just got done building my first pc and I seemed fairly confident with the end result but when I powered on the pc I saw red light flashing and staying solid for 2 seconds then the lights turned off and stayed off idk if this is normal or not and I was wondering if someone could tell me. I am waiting on my graphics card to come in to I can’t see anything on my monitor bc I don’t have integrated graphics.

well.... you'll need to get you graphics card before you can do anything else!
