Monstrous Lag ...need help

Hi, I've had a problem like this before and I guess it fixed itself but around when it gets dark (usually 7pm+) my computer would lag like nuts (around 600+ ping in counter-strike). 2 of the lights on my DSL modem blink repeatedly (atm and enet lights). This is extremely weird, I've checked for viruses and spyware but it has not fixed the problem and as far as I know, of the 3 computers that're running on this router none of them are doing any downloading. This is just real weird and confusing (and of course frustrating) and would gladly hear help from you guys before I might need to call into my ISP.

Try to format and reinstall your operating system or better to call your ISP so they will be the one to check the problem. That's what I will do if I have that problem.
