Microsoft Outlook - Archive future

OK I just started working in an IT department and they have been having this issue with Outlook. Whenever it updates itself, the archive feature disappears. I was wondering if anyone knows how to stop this from happening? It will come back after I uninstall the updates but I would rather not have to keep deleting the updates. Any help would be appreciated.

Install the updates they are needed. Just re-enable the Auto Archive Feature. In Office 2010 click on the Office Icon. There select Options. There go under Advanced. There you should see the option for Auto Archive.
