mach speed trio mp3 player won't play music!!!

i just received my mach speed trio mp3 player there yesterday and i never recieved a driver for it. i put 190 songs onto the mp3 player and tried to play music and it woudlnt work! i just put music on it from windows media player and when i went to play music it said "no files" what does i do now? i don't know what to do now! can someone please help me or if someone had the same problem as me can some one please help me! i also tried the driver on the mach speed website and it still don't work.

Ok need to panic! .

Hook up your trio mp3 player to the PC, and if it uses a memory card, make sure you've inserted it into the mp3 player...

Go to My Computer and locate you mp3 player. Explore the drive of the mp3 player...

...Are there any files there, and if so, what format are they in (your mp3 player supports MP3 and WMA formats) and what bitrate are they at (128kbps, 192kbps etc...).
