Lossing DCHP from ISP

Every so often, i'll be surfing along and i''ll lose service. Goto the routr page, release the DCHP, then renew. All comes back fine. It usually takes a few renews to get a DCHP address. And sometimes when I log onto the router page it won't display, and I'll have t manually reboot the router, which resolve it.

Could this be caused by a poor signal, I'm running cable internt, have 1 TV with Digital and 1 TV on reg cable. I live in a 12 floor Apt building.

I have lost signal quality every so often on my Digital cable.

Would getting a booster help?

Honestly, I wouldn't add anything to your connection if you live in an apartment. Call your ISP and let them know what your problems are. Eventually, you should get to a point where they schedule a visit out there. When they come out, make sure that you aren't getting spit 1,000 times before it actually reaches your apartment. You have every right to ask for a spilt from the initial branching point.
