either of those psus are tops... id go for the corsair personally... with only 2GB of RAM it doesnt matter what OS you run, but XP usually makes for faster benchmark times

there's no issues i see... all in all, that thing should clock like a beast... you should be able to hit 4GHz very easily stable and up to around 4.7-4.8GHz for some benchmarking
