Ok I have an old p4 2.8ghz in my machine. I decided to take it out and cut the IHS off of it. Easiest thing I have ever done. I just took a box cutter and carefully cut around the edges and then pushed in and pushed around the cpu and pop it came off. It now runs a good 10 degrees celcius cooler which is cool. I then but the wires of my vf900 and soldered them to the old plug of my x800 gto so I can control the fan from the card. I will get pics up very soon.
