links on staff homepage

I'm learning to use 2003 server and i want to put a link on to the staff homepage....how do i do it ??

I don't I understand your questions. But if you're going to put a link on their homepage, wouldn't their homepage point to a web server that you have access to modify the source (html, etc)?
