Alright, so I am still having problems with the command prompt. My pc is actually an alienware (why did I buy alienware?)
It came with a cd to put your computer back to factory finish, with the only thing being installed is the OS. I tried that, but I am still getting stuck at the command prompt.
My mobo is an A8V-VM
Im thinking it seems like it would be a hard drive issue, but im not sure.
Edit: Just to be clear, my computer is booting up every time now, monitor too.
