It looks like the max draw on it is 90W, so I guess a 150W should be fine. How are the noise lvls on these things? Are they all noisy or does it just happen to be this brand:

I know I'd rather have that for $40 than $150, but if $150 is all I need and it isn't noisy, I'll take it.
