javascript menu

I wanted a javasript mouseover menu that when you put your mouse over it brings a little tab of more menus. Anyway I wanted that for my photo site (www.cincophoto.s5.com) and I have no previous experience with JavaScript. Anyone out there can help with any tutorials or anything is well aprecciated.

now I end up with with two .js files and couple of images (.png) How do I insert them on the website? I assume those are JavaScript files ????
