I was wondering if this is a good buy? WIll it all work and run games like Dragon Age Origins and Mass Effect 2? Assassins Creed 2 and Brotherhood?

They all look good to me, and yes it will run all that.

Though, you might not want to buy the WD Green hard drive, they tend to have lowered performance to save energy, which is something you don't want if you're using it in a gaming build. Get something like a Samsung Spinpoint F3, it'll be cheaper (probably) and faster.

Can you give me the link to that RAM? I've never heard of Rendition.

CoolerMaster is not a top notch PSU. Antec is good, and this one is a 650W for $5 cheaper.

That Asus is AM2/AM2+/AM3. Go with a good AM3 board.

The WD Green drives are energy savers, but not very fast. The WD Blacks are much better as your system drive. Even though this one is "only" 640GB, that is a whole lot of room.
