Internet problems

Now, i'm not entirely sure of our set up here but i know we have a router. My siblings get wireless and i plug my PC through ethernet right into the wall. My problem? My internet at random times will be really bad. Like my performance on my task manager is utter ****. Snapshot attached


can anyone help me out here? Give me some trouble shooting tips etc.?
I told my mom we need to upgrade our internet to a higher tier indefinitely because well let's face it i'm a gamer and a mostly online one at that. I need my interwebz to haul ass. Appreciate any tips you can give me in the mean time! thanks~

Can you run a speedtest at http://speedtest.net and post results here.

You should try it from all computers to see if they are consistent.

I would try running a temporary new cat 5 cable to your machine to test if the cable is at fault.
Move your computer next to the router if you do not have a long enough cable.
Test results for this connection.
