Are you using a wireless connection or wired?
are you just losing internet connection or does it also come up on the bottom right hand side of your screen sayin the network cable is unplugged ??
try turing the pc off....unplug the power cord from the PSU for about 30 seconds....plug it back in and power the pc up...then try your internet.....
in doing wat i said you would have fully powerd down your pc and network card...when you start up your network card would have reset itself and should fix your problem

i turned off my computer and turned it on again but its still doing the same thing..but when i just recently installed my new HDD i had to take all the wires off, when i put everything back together the internet connection is working fine now..so yea you were right about turning off the comp and pulling the cord out ^.^
