Internet Connection HELP!

Hello, recently i had to reinstall my friends computer but the only problem is they had a 56k modem connection and had a username and password etc and a dial up number. My poblem is that they didnt write any of this down and so they want to know a dial up number.

Apperently they pay 30 pounds a month for a 56k connection!

I have no idea what company charges that but anyway, the little dial up icon on the desktop said "anytime"

Can anyone help?

i would call either isp's tech support or customer service to find out the local access numbers.

OMG, i just reread the post... 30 gbp?!?!?!? omg thats the price of a 2 mb dsl/cable connection!
