just wondering, would FreeVNC do the same?

WinVNC is free as well but I'm pretty sure it does the same thing, just different configurations.

EDIT: You know what? I just now realized that what I am referring to is really called RealVNC and it can be downloaded for free from www.realvnc.com .

The thing is that i'm using linux and i dont see a RealVNC linux version

ADSL ? how many machines you plan on running at once ? 3 ? thats about how many will work nicely on an ADSL connection, first off have your server run server 2k3, and the clients should run xp pro, but really man, if you want to run an internet cafe, and dont even know where to start as far as internet access goes, youre in up to your neck and aint no one gonna hold a stick for you. good luck
