Installing Steam on new OS but still have folder for games...

I have a dual boot and want to install Steam and use it on Windows7. I already have a slave drive that all my games are installed on included Steam and Steam games. Is there a way to get Steam to point towards that slave drive when I install it so that it doesn't try to download all the games from Steam again?
