Hi, i'm building a website. I have a frame. Inside the frame is a page that is basically just a map, its a JPEG and its a background. Anyway, my question is if I could replace the scroll bars with drag scrolling. Could I do this with CSS or something? I'm an expert at all the normal HTML related stuff (tables, frames, etc) but haven't learned any sort of CSS yet.
I have 3 different programs I could use.
Frontpage 2003 (outdated, but classic; i've mastered this inside out like nothing else)
Microsoft Expression Web 2007 (new; i've mastered about 60%)
Dreamweaver CS4 (I can use it, but when it comes to new stuff and CSS and effects, I don't know anything)
Any ideas? I would greatly appreciate it.
