If someone is stealing my network connection

I know this has been answered before but i could not find the original post, so i must ask myself. If my neighbour for example, is stealing my wireless signal and getting free internet which i pay for, Is there any way for my to access their computer and play some tricks on them? Also, is there anyway to find out if someone is actually stealing my signal?

check your router, it should have a DHCP client list.

We will not help you gain access to your neighbor's computer. Your best option will be to read the product manuals for your specific wireless hardware, and enable to wireless security to prevent un-authorized access to your network.
