IE question

I tried putting a proxy server on my IE but now when I got it just says connection to some number and I cant do anything how do I change this?

Yeah--take it off how you put it on. Or as MicroBell said,
Tools->Internet Options->Connections->Lan Settings->
and there you can enable/disable the use of proxy, or reconfigure it for another port, as apparently you were trying to use one, maybe a typo,

maybe the proxy you chose is just dead.

I cant connect though just has a blank white page saying that is trying to connect how can I get rid of this proxy. (Cant go to internet options because that wont load)
