Ie Defender/hijack Problem

Hi, got an problem that is driving me mad:freak:
I keep getting a Critical System Warning message claiming I have a Trojan.Zlob-X.a and I should CLICK to download some antispyware.
I also get when doing a google search etc a GOOGLE ERROR claiming that my PC is infected and I should use there antispyware.

I have used Spybot, Ad-aware and still cant get rid, read somwhere that its a hijack program but cant find out how to sort it out.

Someone pls help..

I got that virus ... I couldn't find anyway to get rid of it ... I reformatted ...
