IE 7 ERROR

Everytime i view internet tv or streaming video/sports/movies Internet explorer will popup saying " IE has encountered a problem & need to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience.If you were in the middle of something the info you were working on might be lost, DEBUG or CLOSE"
This happened to me constantly every day. There is no numerical error code. Can someone please help me solve this problem.
Using dell demension520 core2duo winxp, sp3
I have done the clear cookies, temp files, restore to dfault ect.

I would start by updating all of your plugins. Such as Adobe Flash, Adobe Shockwave and Java. See if that helps. If not try starting IE with no Addons. That option should be available on the Start Menu under Internet Explorer.

Tks Mac. sorry i could not reply early, doing some extra hours @ work.
Everything is updated, i don't have adobe shockwave. Could you elaborate on IE more cause i can't find ie with addons under start menu.
