get PearPC and run OSX on it. Its a Mac emulator that runs on top of Windows. The installation goes a little slow, but once you get it installed, its very fast. It even has networking=internet! I actually just set this up last night and have been working on it today. It's really not hard to set up at all. Just in case you don't believe me...
