I benched 375 LBS Today!!! Video Inside!!!

pfff.... last time I benched I did 145, my weight was 159 at the time, and I wasn't training for size or strength, I was actually dieting at the time to lose weight (i had put on a bit of muscle before that)

i haven't lifted in about 8 months now, I lost so much muscle mass and put on pure fat-mass, very depressing, school's a *****

I weigh like 178 now, 5'10", ~14% BF, I don't think I can bench past 120, I used to be able to do 50-60 pushups at a time, 30's hard for me now, such bad shape..
