how to use ftp server

Hey! I just downloaded a ftp program called "ACEftp" and I need someone who can guide me on how to use this program. If you happen to know another good program, let me know. Thanks!!

p.s. I take it that ftp will enable me to upload softwares to another PC? How is this possible?

ftp basicly allows u to share a folder / folders of data on the internet or your network allowing the download of those files from the server, are you trying to set up a server (the pc with all the files on it) or the client (files viewed / downloaded to this pc)

ya if you are trying to set up a server then i would recommend bulletproof ftp thats what i use for the webserver i made

WSftp server help

Hey guys! I got WSftp and it looks like a good software but how do you set the login to anonymous? I am so new in this, if someone could help step by step in how to use this program, that would be great! Thanks!
