How do you resize using Drive Management?
It's actually called Disk Management. In the area that shows a diagram of how your drive is partitioned, you just right-click on one of the partitions and click Shrink or Extend. This is in Vista, btw. The bad thing about it is that it won't allow you to resize any partitions that Windows can't read, so resizing Linux partitions is out.
But again, if you happen to be installing Ubuntu as your Linux OS, resizing and partitioning is all a part of the installation procedure.
