how to change your kubuntu log in screen help

Ok i am running Kubuntu 6.06 i believe, i was wondering how i can change the log in screen box and background to make it look cooler. can some one plz help,

System Settings -> Advanced -> Login Manager -> Background

didn't work

ok i choose system settings but there is nothing in the window that says advanced

this is using 6.06 right?

System Settings> system Administration>Login manager> Administrator Mode> background> enable background

then you can choose the Picture, Slide show etc whatever you want. then click Apply

Otherwise you can go to http://www.kde-look.org/ and choose one from there
