How to Change User Name in File Location?

Ok, I don't really know how to word this but let me just give an example. Lets say I name my user account "A," then change the name to "B." But the file location still says "C:\Users\A\Downloads." So I was wondering how change this. Thank you.

You cant. You would have to name the profile back to the original name, then create a new profile with the name you want and then import the settings from the old profile to the new one. After all of that you could then delete the old profile.
