How Many TF members are there?

Hey Guys,
I was looking at the introduction threads, and I got to thinking, how many registered members are there? I looked around for the answer but couldn't find one. I was just purely curious.

Although, what is the definition of a contributing member ? because where as i am always active, whether i contribute something of any use is another matter entirely

Sub 1000 posts i helped people. 1000 to 1500 posts was just me post whoring to 2000 posts, and then i gave up and use tech forums as a social site more than a tech site (although i occasionaly do my bit here and there) If off topic posts counted i would wager money about my post counter being around double/tripple it's current value..
